Try this spicy silken tofu, inspired by liangban tofu and hiyayakko tofu. Melt in the mouth tofu with a spicy, salty, Szechuan infused sauce.

1) Start by sautéing plenty of garlic

3) Followed by the sauces, chilli oil, and sugar

4) Then add a splash of water

5) Briefly simmer the spicy sauce

6) Thinly slice the silken tofu

7) Generously pour the sauce over the tofu

8) Add some spring onions/scallion greens

9) You can also add some toasted sesame seeds
