Ingredients
  

Ingredients: (serves 3-4)

  • 200 g Fresh spinach
  • Handful of basil
  • 125 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Lemon squeezed
  • 2-3 Cloves of garlic
  • 45 g Walnuts toasted (place on a pan on low heat and toast until browned)

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Place in a food processor and blitz away!

Notes

If you've got a small processor like myself, add the spinach in batches.
